...so what was to happen today then?...well off i went, to the baptist church hall, just after 9am, this morning - to vote....08/06/2017...in order to see if 'the old pencil trick' was still in operation...and yes, it was...more to the point - unlike the 'brexit referendum'...pens were no longer on offer, at all - in the booths.... let me remind you that during the 'brexit referendum'...there had only been one pencil, on offer - in one of the booths, at the baptist hall....the rest of the booths, all had pens-on-strings.

anyway, this morning - i was told 'at the desk' that pencils were now the official government regulation...supplied by the government (and yes the pencils were all a uniform 'dark blue'-on-a-string-in-the-booths)....and so only pencils-on-strings were on offer, in the booths....but oddly enough, no 'rubbers'....go figure.

....although, one has to also say....that the desk had a notice on it - upon an A4 piece of paper....it was located in front of the middle woman, out of the trio, behind that main desk...a notice in 'big letters'...advising you to use a pen....how 'seriously funny' is that?

...because according to those behind the desk....the government regulation is 'pencils'...the government has supplied pencils-to-use-in-the-booths....and yet the desk had an A4 notice (which might not be read or even noticed by those going to the woman on the far left or the woman upon the far right - behind the desk)....a notice advising you not to use a pencil....i repeat...how 'seriously funny', is that?

what else?...well, US intelligence..."the pentagon" replies MI5 ONLINE...."were after somebody"....well, they certainly got her - didn't they?.....i.e. that 'block of wood' blonde - of the trio - seated upon the far left, behind the desk....appeared to be younger than the other two women - additionally, she also seemed to think that she was the team leader - which she was not...what is the word? ...."legitimately" replies MI5 ONLINE...hmmm, no - the team leader was a much more likeable woman - to the far right - go figure.

anyway, 'block of wood' was as openly hostile and non-cooperative as 'kate wood' used to be..."the negative energy factor"....not only that - look at the way that she was seated - her tone of voice....body language - the whole lot...openly hostile in terms of body language and behaviour - as well as rude, in speech....go figure.

...and so, yes...this morning - was a rather nasty experience, for me...reminding me of just how ghastly 'blocks-of-wood' can be....i shall now put it behind me....considering that i didn't bother to vote and won't be going back in there, today - in order to do so....because it would be a 'wasted vote' and a 'waste of time' wouldn't it, dear reader? join the dots...having realised that only pencils would be used by the vast majority of voters - it was obvious that the whole thing was going to be rigged and by 'blocks of wood' etc etc...and so i made my apologies for not voting and politely, i might add...along the lines of "i'd like to do some more research upon the list of candidates, before i..." etc etc...to then be told by 'block of wood' with a really, really nasty tone to her voice "what did you come in for, here - anyway?"...I smiled...beamed....said "thank you ladies - for your time" to all of them - and then left...."a pit of vipers" replies MI5 ONLINE....what do you mean by that?

.....and so despite having put a smile upon my face - throughout the whole light-hearted 'investigation' let us say - into what was going down, at that local polling station - regarding the use-of-pencils....oh and i might add that i had been as polite, accommodating and as unassuming, as possible...."whilst dealing with a block-of-wood"...exactly that....pity me....nobody wants to be reminded of the 'kate woods' of this world (as well as the baggage surrounding 'that one') - do they?...and that is what had happened to me, this morning...go figure....anyway, US intelligence had picked up on somebody that they had wanted to 'get' and that's the end of this, particular....rather sad and sordid story....'blocks of wood' - what can you do with them?

what else?....well, i didn't let the above 'spoil my day'....i then went off to the library, to return a couple of dvds....as well as to then borrow a new one.....entitled ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING....could be amusing....anyway, i then went on to clacton central PO on the high street...however, having seen 'chris' mum' in situ - behind one of the desks....her name tag is 'angela', by the way....see previous notes upon 'all of that' ('angela' notes all of your ID card details - if you show her a debit/credit card as proof of ID, that is - including 'the 3 digit number upon the back')....and well, nothing changes, does it?....not in this town, at any rate.....go figure as to 'why' that might be.
