well this poster makes me laugh...if nothing else, this evening....
I thought about that rebel group 'joke' around 'pot smoking policeman' underneath the window...and also flat 4 guy and that appallingly strong smell of 'psychedelic weed' that comes from under his door (all the neighbours have been complaining about that one)...or it did until he disappeared...a few months ago now....
perhaps you might try to barbican?
