WIKI brought up this Eisenhower first...and look at the eyes...purely demonic...really scary stuff...as MR ICKE's crew were saying, in relation to that 'bloodlines' video - look at the eyes...that is where you see 'it'.

There is something about 'eyes like that' which trigger a deeply seated 'primal fear' in most of us...and those eyes, have been the inspiration for 'jack the ripper' casting in British movies...alien masks...etc etc...
