I received two letters from you this morning:
1. Electricity reminder for £26.21
I have had NO proper bill with the tariff and usage upon it. Please ensure that I receive an actual bill a.s.a.p. I will only pay once I have seen the tariff and usage. Kindly ensure that I am not sent a bullying letter from COLLECTIONS DIRECT in the interm.
2. Gas reminder for £124.96
May I remind you that my complaint (9752751) is now in the hands of the EXECUTIVE COMPLAINTS TEAM and that until it has been resolved - I do not wish to receive any more contrived 'bills' and nor do I wish to receive any bullying letters from COLLECTIONS DIRECT.
This is now a legal environment and I would advise you to put a hold on my account (no more bills for GAS or threatening letters from COLLECTIONS DIRECT) until the situation has been resolved.
