let me see....personally, I am all in favour of 'non-linear'....and for quite a few reasons....the main one being that I do not watch broadcast/streamed TV any longer....but there are others...a bit like picking up a book and wondering whether it is worth reading or not...if my initial impression is 'not'...I am liable to read the beginning and the ending, first...and then flick back from the end of the book...to see if I can pick up anything interesting...if not...I put it down.
