here is my amended email text 'just in case':

Dear DSA

I received your letter about a safety electrical test - that CHP has instructed you to carry out.

In your letter - one address line was incorrect - it stated 'chelmsford' instead of 'clacton on sea' - see attachment - is it 'belle court - clacton on sea', that you are looking for or 'belle vue - chelmsford'?

If you are looking for flat 2, belle court clacton on sea - please inform your electrician just in case he/she goes to the wrong place - i.e. chelmsford instead of clacton.

Secondly, when is the earliest morning (8-1pm) booking available?

Thirdly, would it be possible to know the name of the electrician before booking an appointment?

Fourthly will the test and any other work carried out - be charged to CHP?

PS nobody has tried to contact me from DSA before now - by telephone (although your letter states that this - which makes me wonder if DSA have got the wrong address and telephone number).
