....you see it is pretty clear to me now...that the DSA electrician will spend most of his/her time in the electricity room upon the ground floor...to then briefly check all of the flats...which should take about 2 to 3 hours....to do the whole building....or the flats of those tenants who have opted for a particular date when making a booking, let us say....
