OTHER NOTES:

yahoomail....let me see...no reply from NPOWER as yet...doesn't matter...the money has gone out of my bank account and so they've been paid...it is simply a case of waiting for that electricity bill up until the 22nd of September...in order to level up that combined bill and 'start again' in relation to quarterly payments....

...and judging by past experience...NPOWER is likely to be as 'difficult' as possible - in relation to the above...where do they get these people - I ask you? anyway, I suppose that I can expect another 'nonsense' email from them, at some point...which I will have to unpack/unpick etc etc....
