how very bizarre...after all of that 'hooha'...this number was to call me...to then leave a message....at 8.20am this morning:

the caller was apparently from the T BROWN group...her name was 'tracy'.....she was to state that the engineer had called in sick....and that they had therefore moved the appointment for 'belle court' to Friday 9th October...go figure....
