hmmm...and something that might have interested prince harry amongst others in relation to Jeremy hunt's family history - along the following lines:

this is jeremy hunt:

Jeremy Richard Streynsham Hunt (born 1 November 1966)

this is his father:

admiral Sir Nicholas John Streynsham Hunt, (7 November 1930 – 25 October 2013) and his wife Elizabeth, daughter of  walter baldwyn yates.

this is his grandfather upon his mother's side:

Walter Baldwyn Yates  (13 May 1857 – 27 April 1947)

this is his great grandfather:  John Scott, 1st Earl of Eldon (4 June 1751 – 13 January 1838

is jeremy hunt a bit of a walter mitty?....there is something 'not right' about the dates in relation to the great-grandfather....

birth dates for the above:

jeremy 1966

his father 1930

his grandfather upon his mother's side 1857

...and where is the connection to eldon - born 1751?

...and there is also a 'glitch' between 1930 and 1857....for example, if jeremy's father was born in 1930...and we can assume for the purposes of argument that jeremy's grandmother was 40 years or under that age, when she gave birth to his father in 1930.....minus 40 from 1930....and we get something like 1890 for her birth...anyway, so she must have married a much older man - this yates?...seeing as he was born in 1857...i.e. if she was about 40 then he would have been about 70 and if we are going by the dates given - 73 years old....it's possible of course but i smell a rat here...because i 'know' that jeremy hunt had fiddled his family history...and his aides had helped him to do it.
