...and so now, I suppose that it would be a good idea not to trust T BROWN to send any confirmation whatsoever - despite having been told that she would "put it on the system"....begrudgingly.
I will therefore have to write to that MB repairs centre - requesting confirmation of that changed appointment...do you see how it goes?
do you see how dodgy the whole thing, makes the T BROWN GROUP look, at this point in time....refusing to give written confirmation of an appointment and yet CHP will fine you £15 if you miss an appointment...go figure.
