OTHER NOTES:

today, somebody with a remote...started to piss around with gill's laptop...in relation to attempting to set up 'compressed zip files'...and for some reason I was reminded of 'junkie' steve hoare at dartington....mucking everything up as per usual...in fact I can remember gill telling him to work for the other side because he would be of more use there...as it was he was working for laing in order to earn his ever-increasing dosages of heroin....roll on the years...the british army were to learn of hoare...and comment along the lines of "why didn't somebody shoot him?" and they weren't joking I might add...hoare had apparently been working under the aegis of MI5...but wasn't and as a result, so many people were to die because of his blunders...he had 'no master' apart from heroin....and therefore pleased nobody, I suppose...nobody liked him apart from his art department colleagues....in those days - it was acceptable for people to make mistakes and not be thought of as a traitor but as the decades passed by...those who continually made blunders were not looked upon as 'friendly' let us say...did somebody eventually shoot him then? is that why he is coming up now?

let me see...well according to this website - hoare still appears to be in the land of the living...
