....and while I'm at it...why is a VEOLIA white van, parked by the collector station - so early this Wednesday morning...not that the time is important.....what I am wondering about is the company...they took over TENDRING HUNDRED WATER....who then changed their name to AFFINITY...and now? well according to environmental services...they are employed by VEOLIA and contracted out to Clacton council...go figure....you see this is private land...it is not land which is normally 'attended to' by those working upon council contracts....whilst the council continues to empty the bins...they have stated repeatedly that the road and land is not covered...it is private and so a company hired in by Travelodge...has to clean up the litter etc etc....BLOCK MANAGERS...that was the name, wasn't it? see previous notes:
