so anyway, having deduced that a 'track and trace' operation was going on...in relation to 'understanding how that system worked' regarding the 'targeted area'...i.e. I had to phone up...listen to the beeps until they had 'fixed it'...to then try the light switch again...success...well, what can I say? successful operation...
