I think that it is because I can remember cathy and myself...finding a 'really silly program' on the ill cult nets....circa 1990 Exeter....to then decide the following "it's that silly - they'll use it"..."let's underwrite it" etc etc...it was an 'all history' frequency program...with slaves programmed in as 'extinct' or not 'extinct', accordingly....
