...and what about the DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL then? something is coming back here now...the british army being very worried about the event indeed...hence the security measures...why not just ban it - if you are so worried about it?...I can remember asking that very question...to the reply that it was impossible...they had already tried to do so and failed.
