oh I remember now...the CID had moved in...even before Italian intelligence had 'worked it out'...and Italian intelligence were to applaud the CID for it...a 'toddy reference' as in the bongos? sure...but they had also coded out the whole room, accordingly...and so what they were really talking about? it was something about the circle that WOLFGANG had inhabited...those that had once 'used that room'...see above....wolfgang had been in that room, hadn't he? before it had been refurbished by the CID...
