oh I remember what had happened to garrard now...after that motorbiking accident...she had been left almost braindead...but not...something still alive in there...a 'flicker' as it were...the ill had then given her a '4 point plug'...or should I say '4 screw plug'...a far more effective model than what roz had been 'fitted' with...and so garrard was to become the first 'self-reflective robot' i.e. she was to 'loop back' and scan her own modified 'neural network'....the ill hadn't told her what they had done to her...although they were to do so with roz - in relation to blackmailing her...see previous notes.
