OTHER NOTES:

this morning i was to remember what had really happened...in relation to that RUSSIAN SLEEP EXPERIMENT...and in terms of a british army base....anyway, i need to 'keep safe' today and so i won't go into details as yet...suffice to say royal services used to use that base...pop in and out again but it was mainly a 'british army administration' sort of base....

royal services were to give mr putin and caroline hughes 'mi6/m6 papers' to check out one of the buildings upon that base...because the army were rather worried about it...and for various reasons relating to...i will recount what had happened there, later on...

suffice to say...this morning i was to cycle up tower road...to get to marine parade...to see a man about to drive  his car, down tower road...he had a white/cream woollen hat upon his head...mr putin's network were to identify him as looking very like 'one of the programmers' in that building - which the british army were to find 'suspect'....in relation to 'goings on' there...anyway, he turned down tower road and disappeared...luckily he 'wasn't the worst' according to mr putin's network...who were to identify a few more, this morning...were they doubles or 'the real thing'? i have no idea...only that british army intelligence were involved and they will have picked up on the cctv, regarding 'who was in that building' and either found 'doubles' to be identified in terms of comparison to cctv tapes...or they will be 'lying low' to see if the same 'characters' turn up in clacton today - intent on abducting mkultra victims - those like myself...something like that?

i would guess that it is a bit of a mixture between the two....anyway....

i was to cycle to the right of the last garden on the prom....get to the yachting pond and continue cycling...to then pass two couples walking up the prom....mr putin's network recognised the first man....and then the second man - both walking up the prom with their respective female partners....i then realised that i had to cut my 'exercise session' short....and return to my flat in order to put it all up...on the internet 'just keeping safe'.

so i cycled back...took photos of the 'two men on the upper prom'....and then...upon reaching the last garden...mr putin's network was to say "that's her! take a photo"....a car was about to turn right into tower road...and so i took a couple of photos...apparently she was higher up the hierarchy - than the man in the white woollen hat, who had previously turned down tower road...anyway, i took two photos as she then parked at the top of tower road....

...and what was the hierarchy? well mr putin and caroline were to enter the office of that british army base building...caroline was sure that she had seen 'jonathan ross - dressed as a nazi officer' in that office....and what had mr putin seen? ross appeared to be in a rather confused state of mind...unable to answer questions...whilst two other men - were chatting in russian - in a lithuanian dialect....as mr putin was to ascertain...and a woman was seated to the back of the room...projecting 'i'm not here'...mr putin was to notice her, anyway...and the link between her and one of the men, in that office room....in short, she and one of those men - were to look rather like the couple that i was to pass first, having just got past the yachting pond....well he did...mr putin wasn't certain about her...maybe she had put on weight? quite a bit of weight....

anyway, the people in that office...had been the programmers behind 'the russian sleep experiment' going on in that building....go figure.

additionally i was to take photos of the vehicles in travelodge carpark...mr putin had signalled out the ones that he had figured were most important....two white vans, side by side 'in the middle' and to the right...apparently the most important car to be noted, in that car park...i can only hope that i got it 'in shot'...

there were two other vans, in that carpark which had been in that british army base carpark....gill was to make a note of them....and presumably, so did british army intelligence/royal services...which is why they were parked in travelodge carpark today....as a reminder...

additionally something about 'my 3' came up...in relation to gill laughing about a monty python joke "three christs?"....along with a steelband, conjuror and monkey....

anyway, i now know that the british royals had been in charge of the hollidays....who had run that whole 'send them to mars' hideous brainwashing experiment 'in that british army building'....because that is what it had been, hadn't it? i had been there at the time...as part of marr's gang...the oddity, was that jonathan ross had managed to get out of it....dressed as a nazi officer...the black and white collar, grey uniform....a bit moth-eaten, according to caroline - and in need of a wash....

so who were the two male programmers - who had spoken russian with a lithuanian accent, then? ...and what about that woman seated at the back of the room...let me try to remember...emet laughing "she would have been their anchor....wired mermaid...." - "lookout" replies BI ONLINE.


OTHER NOTES:

photos from today...the 'couples'....

first up - 'he' doesn't look like the other one in that building upon the base, 'from the side'....but he had a certain 'expression' that he pulled now and then which was to remind putin's team of the footage....

 

and the second man? well he looked much more like 'the real thing' as in the cctv from that british army base....except that he appeared to be shorter than the man - that he resembled, upon that cctv.....

 

...and so that leaves us with the two people driving down tower road...I didn't manage to get a photo of 'man in a white/cream woollen hat' but 'knew' that it wasn't as important as catching 'her' for some reason....according to mr putin's team...anyway, naturally I didn't hang around to take a photo of her, as she got out of the car:

 

 

...'she' was to park 'there' - roughly where my red arrow is pointing and funnily enough I had noted the white camper van, whilst taking the photo....that could be a blindspot and therefore 'important'....'radio equipment' in it? oh I see....'distractor equipment'....deadly eh? no wonder the networks have confusing advice and opinions....perhaps the Lithuanian Russians are all 'real' and not 'doubles' eh? mr putin and his networks are rarely wrong...that is all I can say....

 

oh and one further note....the 'man in the woollen hat' who had driven down tower road 'in the beginning' - see previous notes....well I was to scan him....and he was thinking about a 'transaction' at M&S....the local one...something around 'the buying of bread'....it was very important for some reason....what was he thinking of? it was highly symbolic upon the networks...

vans.....mr putin's network were most interested in these two vans....also 'seen', in that british army base carpark but relatively unseen, by anybody else - a bit innocuous...although gill had cast a glance towards them - in the far right tophand corner of that carpark....as we walked towards to cars.....gill had spotted the following:

 

 

anyway, the two vans that had really 'stood out' that day...in that british army carpark....were these two - duly noted - and marr's gang were to laugh about it....to be told that it was 'usual' - one of them often parked there...gill then scanned for what was 'unusual'.....I was to telepathically reply 'Essex - we are not in that county' - see above - that 'yellow/white' front....to the reply 'shhhhh'....go figure:

 

 

...what else? I can remember gill telling me telepathically..."Suffolk - near to the Norfolk/Norwich border"....almost out of Suffolk basically....that is where that army base had been....I can see it upon a map, in my mind's eye.....
