number 29 in the I CHING represents 'danger' as far as I can remember...'the shocking'...something like that...and army intelligence had decided upon 'this' to indicate a number of things...firstly that I should 'keep safe' and they would handle it, today...and secondly that I should briefly write up the following:

...they had been particularly interested in digging up the notes...regarding rimington...what had happened to her during WWII...the whole thing surrounding Hiroshima and the Japanese - as naturally they would be because it had been key to everything....see previous notes...anyway, what they were to find out was 'shocking'...MOD operatives had been involved in 'dr Mengele stuff'...to the point where one of them had asked the question "what monsters have we become?" along with musing about whether the british really deserved to win this war, or not...he also admitted to having become so accustomed to the work - that he had begun to like it...devising new tortures....he was to liken himself and his colleagues to 'angels of death'...."death clung to you"...they had entered a 'shadow world' which was eerily familiar to them...in short, they had 'made friends' with death...they had begun to feel 'at one' with this strange and terrible world....that they had created...'silence and secrecy'....see previous notes upon jarman's words upon SALO....these closed institutions....where nothing can be said outside of the walls...what horror lurks within etc etc....

...and what of those children, like rimington? being experimented upon to explore 'the empires of the mind' as IBM were to put it in one of their earlier advertisements....

...and perhaps even more bizarrely...that radio-chipped cat...that I was to call 'mr tom'...McGowan used to send him round to my flat in eagle house, Harwich....I was to find a way to contact gill 'through that cat'...gill then used the cat to radio back...and that unfortunate incident where the cat managed to fall off the bed, in the middle of the night...it then began to do, what gill used to do when threatened...project that Sephardic horror "I am the devil"....to which I replied "no you're not...you're just a silly cat..." but I have to admit that he had nearly 'got me' with that one, at the time...as gill had once 'got' hulbrusch in that tent...pitched somewhere in the arctic....see previous notes....hulbrusch was unable to go to sleep in the end...because of the nightmares...mainly because he had annoyed gill - threatened him, in some way...and that means...well there are always repercussions, aren't there?

...and then we get to 'who had been behind it all'...the Zionist/Armageddon satanic project and something along the lines of "it's all over the internet...we'll never get away with it...change of plans...lets funnel the money out of Israel and into khazakstan...nobody will ever be able to work it out..." but they did, didn't they? one of the few good things about Marxism was that everybody was watching where the money goes...the CIA were to watch it go into khazakstan and then 'go in' with suitcases of money...bribing low level officials in order to get the information that they needed...they then made the film BORAT as a reminder...
